Inventory & Restocking:

• You’ll handle the initial setup of inventory (linens, toiletries, essentials)
• From there, we’ll monitor and maintain restocking needs with your housekeeping team

What we ask from you:

• A reliable on-site contact (not necessarily the owner) for out-of-routine needs or emergencies
• Oversight of utilities and major property responsibilities
